Can I return my purchase?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the product within 14 days from date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused and still in its original packaging. At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels so please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

How do I submit a return?
To submit a return, please send us an email at with your reason for return and one of our Customer Care agents will be happy to assist.

Can I can make an exchange?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges but we would advise you to return your order and purchase the new product pending your refund. 

What if my order arrived damaged?
Individual products are wrapped for protection and your order will be securely shipped in biodegradable packing peanuts for extra care. However, if your item arrived damage due to transloading or other factors mid-transit, please send us photos of the damages at to verify the damage. This will help us understand what went wrong and prevent similar issues in the future.

We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 14 days from the date you received the order.
