1. Is shipping free?
Shipping is absolutely free for orders $35 and above. We offer a flat rate of $5 for purchases $34 and below before tax. 
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from date of purchase but expect longer shipping times during holidays, inclement weather, or postal service delays. Shipping to outside the continental US such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam may experience longer shipping times. APO/FPO should also allow additional transit time.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. What courier do you use?
Our shipping service has a network of shipping carriers that they partner with but all Tub Therapy shipments are delivered using USPS. We ship your products using America's 100% carbon neutral shipping service. What does this mean? It means we get your products where they are going while taking care of the planet. For every package sent, our shipping partner offsets the carbon emissions by investing in positive environmental causes.
5. How do you package my order?
We take careful thought and attention to packaging so that your order reaches you intact and its quality preserved. Individual bath bombs are tightly enclosed in shrink wrap to prevent breakage while each bar soap is wrapped in kraft paper. Your order will be securely shipped with biodegradable packing peanuts for extra shipping protection. Biodegradable packing peanuts are made from natural, nontoxic sources and dissolve in water or can be thrown into compost piles after use. For soap-only orders, your order will come inside a durable, tear-resistant bubble mailer with padded insulation for extra protection. 
1. Can I return my order?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the product within 14 days from date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused and still in its original packaging. At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels so please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  
2. How do I submit a return?

To submit a return, please send us an email at contact@tub-therapy.com with your reason for return and one of our customer care representatives will be happy to assist.

3. My order arrived damaged. What to do?

Individual products are wrapped for protection and your order will be securely shipped in biodegradable packing peanuts for extra care. However, if your item arrived damage due to transloading or other factors mid-transit, please send us photos of the damages at contact@tub-therapy.com to verify the damage. This will help us understand what went wrong and prevent similar issues in the future. We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 14 days from the date you received the order.

4. Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges at this time but we would advise you to return your order and purchase the new product pending your refund.
5. When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect in your bank account from date of return receipt.
