Individual products are wrapped for protection and your order will be securely shipped in biodegradable packing peanuts for extra care. However, if your item arrived damage due to transloading or other factors mid-transit, please send us photos of the damages at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify the damage. This will help us understand what went wrong and prevent similar issues in the future. We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 14 days from the date you received the order.
